Fabulous customer service! My winter tire scheduled appointment was smooth, extremely efficient and quick. I was greeted the minute I arrived and everything was explained to me in the service department. Enjoyed chilling in the waiting room massage chair for just over an hour, before my car was ready to go. Loved the experience. Love my Mini!

Easy to book, good communication from check in to pick up. Also appreciated being informed and given the option if a software update that was needed could be done on this appointment or to schedule at a later date - saves me time!! Sophia was very helpful. Another service I find invaluable is if you cannot wait at the dealership while service is being preformed the dealership will get a courtesy Uber to drop you off and pick you up at a local location. Fantastic. Only place we have had our minis serviced is here!!!

I'm a first time Mini owner. Having purchased a used 2012 Mini Cooper S Hardtop as a fun weekend car at an independent dealer a couple of months ago. So I visited Mini Oakville to make sure the car was 100%. However, I don't write this from a novice perspective. I've owned 18 cars over my life and experienced almost every Brand’s dealer experience. I would put Mini Oakville in the top five. Friendly staff, professional, fast service, honest service recommendations, nice accommodations and always a clean car when I pick it up. Given that I'm already planning to replace my work vehicle with a Countryman I'd say they've done a great job :)

Ordinarily my experiences have been the quality of their work is good but I've always found the cost way too excessive especially these days with the cost of living. My last visit which was intended to be a regular oil change resulted in a bill of $550 part of which included cabin filters I never requested and although I did sign for the extras it was not clearly pointed to me what all the extras were. Another oh by the way..... On the bottom of my bill a casual mention that my oil dipstick was sticking and the cause might be damage to timing chain assembly or parts within and to check this $300. Oakville Mini did replace the entire assembly 4 years prior for $2000 or more. I'm no mechanic but I do know how serious a problem with the time chain assembly can be. I did check with 2 other mini dealers and the problem still appears to be a mystery but is possible. Faulty parts would be my guess. I complained to BMW Canada and all they would do is document this case. Out of Warranty claims..... NO ! Bottom Line..... I'm a retired senior who loves his aging Mini and feels left totally high and dry unless I pay another excessive bill. BMW Canada and Mini Oakville need to do a better job supporting it's existing customers !

Had an absolutely fantastic lease buy-out process here at MINI Oakville. Laura was super helpful, attentive and accomodating. Even though our lease was initially with a different location, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this location to friends and family in the future due to their genuine customer-centric approach. Following a disappointing consultation at our original lease location, we decided to contact MINI Oakville. they were able to consider our concerns and offered reasonable reductions in fees. The lease buy-out experience was efficient and seamless. Without a doubt, a well-deserved 5 stars!

The people here are always polite and it is easy to book a service appointment but they never go above and beyond. It is like they try to nickel and dime you on everything. Recently went there for service because I had my oil change light on my vehicle and the service girl told me about a promotion with extending my road side assistance for a year and car service for $50. So I noted well I’m returning this vehicle in 6 months and this is a lease which I already have road side assistance included. Then she said ok well the light will still be on. After spending over $200 on an oil change, there is now a new service light on even tho the girl told me that there are no issues with my car. Which means I will have to book another appointment, take time off to drop off my car and spend more money for them to just turn off the light. Makes no sense. In fact each time I have been to this location they have tried to sell me something “recommend” Also, this is the 3rd time I’ve serviced my car at this location and never once did they wash my car, appearently their machine is always broken, even tho each time I have asked or was just broken that day. The one downtown does wash your car when serviced and I’ve had Audi and Acura previously and they all wash your car during service. Only reason why I have brought my vehicle to this location the most is because it is the closest to me, otherwise I’d go elsewhere unfortunately there are not that many Mini locations in the GTA
